CCA:
Before the concert i had CCA PT!! But well i didn't even run together wid the others as my arm is injured ...well it was supposed to be only cramps but on tuesday i think, this real fat guy at the bus stop crash into my right injured arm... i sprained a bit of my ankle in the process...but the sprain is only hurting at times ...but the arm.... shit. it hurts like hell!!! i went home and told my mother. she then put bandage... =P hehe SJ getting treated -.- ... when my sneiors asked who need to fall out ...i don't really need de la... juz no pumping!! but my squadmates wan me to fall out then i fall out le lor haha ....then they run like hell... then i and suyu who also not having pt
got a little of PT too humph -.-ll .... For me i did crutches 50 [waa so pain]... sit ups 30 + 30 [quite ok but i did cheats in the process]... running a lap [easy but cannot cut squads i am suppsoed to jog enough cuz my ankle]... marching 2 laps [it is fun i nvr learn marching officially]
ma3 bu4 for 55 seconds [aiyo i hated it so stressed]... jogging on spot for at least erm... 5 minutes?[okok i like it]... stretching and holding there [love it it is so cool] 4 minutes for each leg so it is 8 minutes altogether... then had at least 20 minutes water break in total [woah!!!]

after cca we all had dinner for me i drank and drank dun wan to eat la jian3 fei2....lol!! then we went to grand stand at first is to play hei1 bai2 pei4 but then dunno y we started watching the bb boys play lor i was resting my head on my arms and wanting to sleep then jr saw 1L'ers playing ball games and then she got so excited and rushed there... -.-... junhao too lol... then i and annies left there the jas came to join us then we talked then we all sian sian so we went to c the 1L'ers play i am supposed to enjoy it but annies kept telling me to go le and say teacher scold scold ppl for being late then she kept telling .....Sians ....-.- then 1L'ers left then i left lor then we watched the concert and i found places ... duh la the place is big...lol cyn on my left and annies on my right ...then we watched the show!

it totally rock man... at the beginning there is a handphone ringing and all of us tot it is RV students de then we knew the hp will be confiscated but then it is the actor la choy !!

i liked the part when the father slapped the son and so loud piack!!! i totally enjoyed it

totally boring it is kind of lame la... i didn't liked it 1 bit and i fell asleep at the last part then they say finished .... lol.. woah...
anw we are supposed to fold lotus and i forgot how to i fold le we learnt it beofre for CIP hours i didn't noe how to fold the last part so i asked cyn to help me cuz she knows lol.. duh!!
